Score this 2 acre bargain … “Something bought for less than the usual price” is my dictionary’s definition of a bargain. So this home definitely looks like a bargain. However, it could be cheap because it has a problem. But I don’t think that’s it either, because the house appears to be in good shape and well built. Your Building and Pest Inspection will remove the guess work here anyway. Must be noisy neighbours then. No sorry, wrong again, because the person that lives here confirms that it’s a very quiet street. Close to a railway line ? Yes it is but there are plenty of much more expensive homes in the area much closer, so that’s not it either. Plans for a motorway through the back yard ? No, not that either. Maybe it’s because the owner has to sell ? Yes, you’re getting warm. Strictly speaking he doesn’t have to sell – the Bank is not knocking on the door, and is not likely to be. But he is”committed elsewhere”, so he’d like to move this house and it’s been priced accordingly. Have a look. Make the comparisons. Look at the build quality. Look at the land size. Think about where it is – and what’s happening in the area. Then look at the price again. My number is on the Advert and so is my email. It IS a bargain and it IS worth inspecting BUT I only have one .
