5 Acres is GOOD. 5 Acres that’s flood free is even BETTER. 5 Acres that’s flood free and enjoys natural breezes is probably BEST of all! That’s exactly what we have here and certainly one of the reasons that our current owners have chosen to call this home for so long. The quiet location certainly adds to the attraction as does the fact that their home is both comfortable and very inviting, with extensive horse infrastructure as my Tag line suggests.

Entry is by a varnished timber front door, with access into the hallway; living areas ahead and to the left, bedrooms to the right.

Two spacious living areas await your inspection with a formal lounge and separate family / dining area, that’s open plan to the spacious and well set out kitchen, which as the images show, features a walk-in pantry. You know it’s big when it has its own window! Bench, cupboard and fridge space are all good news and you can also keep an eye on the stables from the kitchen window.

Bedrooms are all very spacious, one with a large built-in, another with twin built-ins and a free standing robe (that is included) for the third. For added comfort a substantial air-con unit cools (or heats the living areas) while a separate air-con handles the master bedroom. Incidentally the roof is double insulated and it seems to work well.

The family bathroom is similarly good news with both a bath and shower and is within easy reach of the bedrooms, all of which are set away from the livings areas.

With a large paddock to the front and multiple paddocks to the rear plus arena, round yard and 4 stables and a tack/feed room, the attraction for those with horses is obvious. Plenty of space too for Utes and trailers for those that want to run a business from home, or simply need space for all the equipment that goes with their job. Plenty of space too for a granny flat, if that’s on your shopping list. And yes, there is also a Dam at the back.

As you would expect there’s also a shed out there, in this case a 9m x 6m perfectly positioned adjacent to the house. You will also find multiple tanks out there with just under 70,000 litres of water storage spread across 4 tanks two for the house, and one each for the shed and stables.

As I mentioned earlier, this home enjoys a quiet location on a no through road, yet it’s perfectly positioned to enjoy the amenities offered by Jimboomba, Greenbank, Browns Plains and of course the Orion Centre at Springfield Lakes which just keeps getting better.

So if you have been struggling to find a superb place to call home for both yourself and your horses, then an early inspection of this particular home would be time well spent.
