Every now and then a unique beachside property hits the market. The type of property that you wish you owned; the one you wished your parents (or grand parents) had bought when you were kids, and had been in the family for years.

Your eyes are constantly drawn to the ocean, reviewing the conditions, and of course there’s always the chance of a whale on the horizon…

It’s mid-morning and you’re fed, watered and up to date with all the news. It’s time to grab the umbrella, chair, towel and book, and head across the road for several hours of salt-water therapy.

Drinks on the terrace around 4pm. Plenty of Coronas in the fridge, together with a range of bubbles and crisp whites for those that way inclined. The kids are having their last swim and it’s sheer bliss as you take in the view, enjoy the last few rays and discuss the options for dinner; Kirra Pub, Kirra Surf Club, Tupe Aloha or perhaps around the corner to Baskk at Kirra Point?

By 9pm you’re done. You stroll home, crawl into bed, and fall into a blissful sleep, knowing that tomorrow will be more of the same…heaven!
