This a supremely private and peaceful central hinterland location where you can create music or art or just raise your family in an absolute hideaway with stunning views of the Gold Coast coastline on its own hill.

Everything here is quality and perfect for entertaining with good indoor / outdoor flow to large decks and the resort quality in-ground pool where you can swim under the stars. The fabulous totally separate Pavilion offers many options including a Yoga Studio, Home office, recording or design studio, an artist’s retreat or just a full media room. The home has a real sanctuary feel and with the combination of timber materials and its open plan design enjoys a rare timeless ambiance.

On its own long concrete driveway up you pass a separate office or cottage with great potential and then on to the house with its meandering hillside gardens and clean air stocked with many fruit trees and beautiful shows of plants and shrubs with the local bird life and animals being a daily joy.

Unbelievably – All this and you are just 15 minutes from great Gold Coast beaches, excellent schools, M1 motorway, Rail station and the excellent Robina shopping centre.

Replacement cost is way more than asking price but serious buyers can also offer too- our sellers are seeking to relocate.

Note- with recent well publicised local land subdivisions this may prove to be an outstanding windfall investment should council change the rules rule owing to projected land shortages.

This is a pretty village, which skirts the fringes of the Gold Coast and sits patiently at the foot of the Gold Coast Hinterland. Old Gold Coasters believe Mudgeeraba remains relatively untouched by tourism and this is one of its many charms.

Certainly, the original Mudgeeraba Hotel built in 1884 still remains, although these days its name has changed to the Wallaby Hotel. Many credit the opening of this watering hole, both for horses and passengers, for the impetus around which the village was built and today, the old world charm remains.

The Mudgeeraba Farmers Markets are believed to be the oldest on the Gold Coast and home to local produce, coffee, jams, cheese, wine and baked goods from around the area. There’s also quaint restaurants, bed and breakfasts, cafes and art and craft galleries in this lovely area which eventually winds its way up towards Springbrook National Park.
