Market Price – the buyers determine the market value of property. If you have a certain budget to spend and you would be willing to spend that budget to own this property then make your offer. The Vendor can only give one of two answers – YES or NO. Don’t be deterred by what you think the Vendor may take or by a price that the Vendors hope to achieve (IE. Listed Price – there isn’t one!)
