Unit 416 is located in the extremely popular “Oaks Seaforth Resort” which is superbly located opposite one of the Sunshine Coast’s most beautiful beaches, Alexandra Headland. Superb ocean views are obtained to Mudjimba Island in the north around to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba and Point Cartwright to the south.
The unit is located in the Newport building on the fourth floor at the front overlooking the beach. In fact, this unit is the only one bed room unit on the front and as a result it is highly sought after by guests looking to stay in the complex and therefore, has excellent rental figures. The unit is actually a one plus one bedroom unit, with a spacious main bedroom opening out onto the front balcony giving ocean views and a second room with a built-in robe that is called a study. This room has sliding timber screens giving privacy for a second bedroom if required.
As you enter the unit you are greeted to the large open plan living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite tops, Smeg appliances and plenty of cupboard and counter space. The living room opens out through large double doors to a spacious balcony with ample room to entertain family and friends. Located to the rear of the unit is the main bathroom with a spa and a hideaway full laundry. There are two air-conditioning units for those hot summer months – one in the lounge and one in the bedroom.
The Seaforth resort offers all the amenities that will ensure you and your guests have a most enjoyable stay. The well-manicured resort grounds have BBQ areas, a lagoon style pool with cascading water feature, a lap pool (heated in winter), a well-equipped gymnasium and sauna. Secure undercover parking is available for each of the units.
On the street front there is a convenience store, licensed restaurants, liquor store and cafes. Proximity to other coastal attractions is excellent. Alexandra Headland Surf Club is an easy 650m walk away, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore are only 2 km away, the Sunshine Coast Airport 7km, Australia Zoo 25 km, Noosa 50km and Brisbane only 100km.

“PERFECT LOCATION AND SERVICE IN NICE AREA”
I stayed here in this beautiful area with a couple of friend for the Triathlon 70.3 World Championship, we received good advice at all times from the front desk. We love this beautiful place with the beaches the friendly people in the area. We loved the availability of a gym and a lap pool as well as a whirlpool, it was very close to the start line but quiet. I would come back and recommend this hotel.

“MAGIC STAY, ALL ROUND FABULOUS”
Can’t fault the Resort, thoroughly impressed, not sure if it was recently refurbished but certainly looked that way. Great location with easy beach access and lots of nice restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff.

“BEST SPOT IN ALEX HEADS!”
The Oaks Seaforth is by far the greatest spot in Alex Heads. The location is perfect, literally right across from the beach. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and chatty. The rooms are massive and extremely clean. The views over the lagoon pool are beautiful and you can even see the ocean. The balconies are large and the BBQ amenities are a great addition. This place holds a very special spot in my heart and I will forever return here every time I visit Australia. I highly, highly recommend it.
