Living at 3 Palara street for 18 months is an experience I value. When I moved in I felt welcomed by the neighbourhood I was at ease to walk down the street to the beach or river. Both places are a great place to take part in recreational sports and activities, or just relax and unwind. After time spent at my choice of many beautiful spots I could then walk to the shops or restaurants and dine or buy fresh groceries. I would come home and wash the dog knowing there is plenty of backyard space and a secure fence to give me peace of mind while I re-energized. I was confident when it was time to take off to work, knowing that I live in a prime location. I can travel easily and efficiently everywhere along the sunshine coast and it’s only 10 – 15 minutes to the Bruce highway.

I had a great experience living at 3 Palara street, the neighbourhood has so much to offer and holds high value to quality lifestyle. Living locally to libraries, schools, tennis courts, restaurants, shops, bus stations, quality surf beaches and surf clubs, national parks, boat ramps and parks. The local people in the area have such a unique attitude. I found it an experience to remember.

While at home re-energizing I would think, I can do some improvements to this house to make it really satisfying to come home to. The garage was tiny with no drive, there was no beach shower to wash sand off before entering the house. The living room was dark and closed off from the easterly breeze. While I was doing these upgrades I could fit some special features too.
