When we decided to retire and move to the Sunshine Coast we looked from Caloundra to Noosa to find the area that felt ‘right’. We found it in Sunshine Cove.

We have everything we need for a relaxed retired lifestyle right on our doorstep – beaches, walks, shopping and sporting facilities. The lake is not only picturesque, but a great spot to indulge in some kayaking.

Our Maltese, Amber, loves living here too. The back yard is fully enclosed and she can come in and out through her doggy door. She loves walking along the boardwalk and around the gardens in this estate and has made many doggy friends and we have made friends with their owners. As well as walking Amber, we leave the car in the garage and walk to Sunshine Plaza – a ten minute stroll.

On those balmy evenings we love to sit on our veranda and enjoy a glass of wine.
Our tropical, low maintenance, backyard is the ideal place for a casual BBQ with friends and family.
We are about to build a new home – where? Sunshine Cove, of course.
