This unit is currently owner occupied and in as-new condition, however if you purchase and return it to the holiday letting pool (where the real money is!!) Mantra will provide you with a free refurbishment package to the tune of almost $10,000… Keep in mind that refurbished units attract higher returns and the already low asking price of this unit, and it really just makes sense.

This is just entry level buying at its best. This apartment has some great ocean views and is the largest floor plan of any of the 1-bedders in Mantra. Thanks to its position in the building, it enjoys by far the most light and airy feel of any of the apartments here… It comes fully furnished, and is one of the only designs to a FULLY separate bedroom. Occupancy rates at the Mantra for an apartment like this tend to run upwards of 80 to 85% or more!!
