This unique, custom designed home looks like something straight out of a Home and Lifestyle magazine with its clever floor plan design and enviable interior styling. The owners of this property have managed to seamlessly connect the vast interior living spaces with the outdoor entertaining areas, efficiently utilising the entire block of land.

From the custom made (yellow) front barn door to the handpicked tiles throughout the home, each room is more gobsmacking than the last. My personal favourite element is the huge thick kitchen bench top, which has been custom built from old honed down power poles to create a great informal dining space where you can cook and entertain.

The floors throughout are polished concrete, which gives the home a slight industrial feel, whilst the wide eaves with white painted timber truss adds a more Californian look. The master suite and second living room has been added to the original existing home and features a very modern ensuite and the angular high ceilings and timber panel walls create a beachy look.

There is so much to talk about with this home, however the best way to experience the home is to see it yourself, but be quick, as this home is like nothing you have seen before.
