Peregian Springs is being promoted as the next property hotspot by many professionals and consultants in Brisbane lately, but why? With the prestige of the Golf Course and the vicinity to Noosa Heads, the Eastern Beaches, The Sunshine Coast Airport and the Sunshine Plaza make living so close to all these services very attractive but it is not this. It’s the age of the estate.
