20sqm of hardwood timbers was used to build the deck. There is not a single join in the woodwork as all timbers were carefully chosen for a seamless line.
A concrete retaining wall was built to create form and style. Galvanised posts were concreted in for further support. {That wall is not going anywhere). New turf was laid.
All fencing is new and constructed of hardwood.

The storage space in the house is amazing! The owner told me there was a lot of storage but it has to be seen to be believed.
The lock-up garage is 6mx3.5m approximately, has lighting and a window (bonus).

The complex “Roland Garros” is comprised of just 8 townhouses in a gated estate. It’s pet-friendly, well managed, private and well maintained by its occupants.
