You may recall the story of how shattered my owners were when their first contract failed. As with many frustrated sellers these days, those buyers simply could not sell their home in time, despite how hard their other agent tried!

So it was back to the market again for our owners! So much valuable time lost!! The clock was ticking, pressure on, time was of the essence!!

We rewrote adverts; made plenty of calls; and relaunched last week. We sourced a new buyer within that week, with the best news being, NO CONDITIONS TO THEIR CONTRACT!!

WOW!! What a relief! Our owners are now finishing off their packing and off to sunny Queensland shortly!!
