I may only have one bedroom but I’ve got a built in wardrobe, I share my laundry with the bathroom, but I have got a big linen cupboard and I don’t have a fancy oven but I do have a gas heater. You will need to give me a paint job and maybe some new curtains but I do have a shady pergola and some colourful gardens.
If you take the time to visit you will see that I am sitting on a large block that measure 1307 square metres, there is a shed and a carport and it is fully fenced so the dog will be safe.

So I may be a little down and out but I have lots of reasons to inspect soon!!
