Don’t judge this book by its cover the understated rendered facade certainly doesn’t suggest the gorgeous surprises you will find inside.
But you will find a lovely low maintenance garden, which has been retained to allow for a nice flat lawn and raised garden bed with water wise plants. There is a single garage under the main roof with roller door and paved driveway.

From the groovy front door you are welcomed into the home and into the spacious entrance hall. The gleaming white tiles draw your eyes down the hall as you capture just a small glimpse of what wonders await.

Let’s not rush! To the left is the master bedroom which has a walk in robe and en suite. The en suite is mainly white with a light bluish green glass tiled trim and mocha corner vanity. The curtains are sheer and elegant.

To the right is the single garage, it offers internal access into the home.

Next are the two spare bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a mirrored built in robe and bedroom 3 a large room which currently accommodates two single beds with ease. These rooms are serviced by the main bathroom, which has a separate vanity and wc, bath and shower. It shares the same crisp colour hues of the en suite.

Next the laundry, with its built in cupboards and stainless steel trough. There is just something about a laundry with built ins that makes everything look more tidy and finished.

Now the moment you have been waiting for me to describe let’s hope I can do it justice!

As I stand in the entrance way to the open plan design of this home my eyes don’t quite know which way to dart. But ultimately I am drawn through the double sliding doors to the amazing view. As I resist from staring and gaze around I am so pleasantly surprised by what is before me. The kitchen to the left is a stylish modern mocha colour with white bench tops and offers a glass hotplate and under bench oven. There is a range hood, overhead cupboards, a corner pantry and a wonderful flat bench top, ideal for cooking and entertaining. The view is priceless and you can see the whole home is an entertainer’s dream.

To the right is the family room. It offers a wall mounted flat screen tv and is a great place to relax or chill out with a movie.
The dining area also forms part of this space and the three rooms cleverly melt together yet are obviously separate.
The rooms are heated and cooled by the split system reverse cycle air conditioner.

Now back to those sliding doors they are black aluminium patio doors which allow you to open them up and make the outdoor entertaining area an extension of the inside.
The paved patio is covered by a gable roofed steel pergola and offers specially fitted sunscreen blinds which allow you to see out but makes this area beautifully private if desired there is also the option to open them up and extend even further out into the manicured gardens.

The rear gardens once again have been terraced with granite and a small lawned area provides a place to sit or wait for your turn on the canoe.
There are purpose built steps to the lake and access to the water for swimming, paddling or perhaps to throw in a line off of the pontoon.
