15 Metre Berths are tightly help at Marina Saint Vincent. This one has been with the one family for a good while but is now excess to needs. The access channel for this berth is the widest in the marina being between rows B and C so plenty of approach room and if you are stern to when berthed your bow will be to the cool weather so you can relax in the cockpit year around. These berths offer extra width as well and so a very generous space in which to store your on-water investment.

B Row is a protected location and the cctv security on each row at the marina provides confidence for owners concerned about leaving their boats secured there. There have been a number of upgrades at the marina in the last two years and that is onging. The management are about to start testing a new swipe card entry system which will be rolled out if successful. An additional number of cctv cameras will be installed and the slow but welcome spread of the gardens surrounding the marina is a pleasant addition to what was a just rock and dirt. The ablutions are in clean and tidy order and slowly we are seeing the general environment being improved although it must be said the on water facilities are very good the main channel and access rows giving room to move and docks, cleating etc in generally good condition. Power and water is provided to each berth of course.

Saint Vincents Marina is well positioned between Adelaide and KI not to mention the local fishing and cruising ground in and around Yankalilla Bay. Pristine water, some wonderful weather even during winter, when we get some excellent boating days between what can be vigorous cold fronts at times. But no need to worry, the marina is a proven safe and secure place to berth no matter what the weather outside. I personally berth a boat at Wirrina and to dispel any doubts about depth, I draw 2.18 metres and I have no problems with coming and going. Occupancy is nearing capacity for owner/ occupiers and rentals so as the Marina approaches maximum uptake, prices are sure to improve. Rental rates are stronger for owners wishing to lease out too as a result of pressure from management to grow the owner’s advantages both in rental income and ultimately capital growth.
