John and Anne have enjoyed living here and just love it. Level access with good paved areas combining with a low maintenance brick has made living here easy. The established fenced yard is relatively easy to upkeep while providing privacy and choices for that afternoon tea in the sun or shade. The double garage allows for a good workshop area and/or protection for your vehicle or boat. Of course there is a garden shed as well.
Inside the home you will discover updated kitchen and flooring. Anne will miss her gas cook top that she had installed and is confident that the next resident will enjoy it just as much. While this home presents as new there are some inclusions that you normally might not find on a brand new property, such as ;security doors, extra heating, blinds ,screens, drapes and TV antenna to name a few.
The established and peaceful no through road of Peppermint Place is certainly a large contributor to John and Anne’s fondness of this home. A short walk of under 100 metres will bring you to the bus stop and about 500 metres more will have you waterside at the Esplanade linking with the boat ramp and Dru Point Bicentennial Park. When they first moved in the new Kingston bypass was not a reality, now it has them into Hobart in less than 18 minutes drive time.
John and Anne invite you to inspect their home by making an appointment, so you can share their feelings and envisage your own lifestyle at a price to please.
