Block is situated in a quiet private location with a gravel driveway. Infrastructure is already in place with three sheds and caravan already there. One shed is used for storage, the second has a shower, vanity and hot water service while the third has a chemical toilet! There is power connected to all sheds and plenty of water stored in a tank on site.
