A successful Blue Gum plantation has just been harvested from this block leaving a healthy coppice regrowth.

There are options to clear some or all of this block to put back into pasture or manage the regrowth for the future.

There are magnificent house sites on this block (STCA) with the North Easterly aspect lending itself to a variety of different land uses.
