I’m a little tired but who would not be if they were created around the 1870′S. I am one of the original houses built in Drysdale. Over my history we have progressed from horse and cart, being surrounded by asparagus and onion farms, originally one primary school which opened in 1875 with 115 students that now has 550 students to having four primary schools and three high schools added to the community. Drysdale has not lost its family connections. This home is owned by one of the true locals.
With this progress the town has grown and spread to suburbs Clifton Springs and Curlewis. Progress has meant that I am now back to a much quieter street since a 6 km bypass road has been built to remove the noisy trucks that used to shake my foundations.

The challenge if you choose to accept it is to return me to my original features. Some of my original features remain such as Baltic pine ceilings, walls and timber floors. To be honest it would be great if someone bought me to do just that but you may prefer to develop the site STCA, it is an option to be considered.
Further progress means that you can take a virtual tour of the home prior to booking your private inspection.
Currently tenanted we will require a minimum notice of twenty four hours to gain access.
