Only a couple of hundred meters from the train station and a tad further to the main shopping precinct of Lara is this fantastic low maintenance unit ideally suited to anyone looking at a stress free lifestyle. With 2 bedrooms, master with walk in robe, formal lounge, kitchen with adjacent meals area and a single lock up garage, there’s nothing left to be done except unpack. Added features include gas heating, air-conditioning, garden shed, established gardens and a backyard big enough to enjoy but not break the back over. With parklands only a stone’s throw away and only 30 seconds in the car back to the freeway, we had to include CONVENIENT in the heading.
