A master plan or ‘blueprint’ for the new Greenvale suburb – known as the Precinct Structure Plan – has been released for community comment.
The Precinct Structure Plan proposes two distinct residential areas, separated by open space, highly valued scenic vistas and a range of housing options for a broad mix of households.
Two new residential communities, the “Mickleham Neighbourhood” and the “Mt Aitken Neighbourhood” are being brought to life at Greenvale.
These new neighbourhoods will provide homes for up to 3500 people east and west of the Greenvale reservoir and catchment.
Both of these new communities will have access to existing and proposed schools, parks, shopping areas, public transport and sport and recreation facilities.
This block of land of 6.718 Ha.(Approx.) is right on the top of the Structure Plan, can be subdivided into residential blocks (STCA).
