Ok, I might need a bit of TLC, but I’m still in fairly good nick for my age. I’m on a good sized block of about 680m2, which could be sub-divided [stca] and offer 4 bedrooms [ 2 with BIRs ], separate formal lounge & combined kitchen/meals area with dishwasher. I’ve got reverse cycle air-conditioning & ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer & gas heating for warmth in winter. Parking isn’t a problem with a carport & gated access to my backyard which has a 3 bay “workshop” with power. I’d make a great investment proposition or an ideal opportunity for a tradie to improve my features.
