What I have enjoyed about my home is the north facing aspect of the front living room and the large full length windows that brings plenty of natural light into my home; especially in winter.
I also enjoy the double French doors from the master bedroom which gives me direct access to my gardens.
I also installed a higher end Evaporative air conditioner with internal relief valves (so windows don’t need to be left open when on).
The convenient side of my home is it is a walk to everything I have needed, such as supermarkets, bank, butcher, post office and a range of take away outlets.
There is also a pharmacy, physio and medical clinic
within walking distance as well.
My home is close to the public library, pre-school, primary schools and secondary school as well as a bus stop a couple of doors up from me.
Sporting facilities such as football, netball and BMX tracks are nearby as are parks.
