From the moment you enter through the dry stone walled gateway, you know you are about to see something very special. Near the front gate is a stone outbuilding (& shed) that was originally used as a rabbit factory, more recently as a dairy and now for storage. Adjacent to the buildings, is a stock yard with loading race & crush. Watered by mill over bore and also electric pump over bore. There is also a 1.5kW solar system on the shed. Past the buildings, as you move north, the land drops away to a series of wetlands that are full of wildlife with frogs & dragonflies. It is an irregularly shaped parcel (Lot 1 of LP123554), with fencing a mix of electric and dry stone walls. Further to the north are pockets of natural bush providing shelter for livestock as well as habitat for wildlife.
