Lot 201 (1,225m) was the former caretakers cottage and is currently being rented out at $120 a week on a month to month basis for backpacker accommodation and can be vacant upon settlement.
Pemberton’s population has remained constant for a number of years due to the lack of development opportunities but the town is set to expand in the near future as two residential subdivisions are due to come online within the next 12 to 18 months, so the need for more commercial facilities will increase over time for its permanent and transient residents. Tourism in Pemberton continues to grow with the Visitor Centre being the 4th most visited in WA and statistics show that visitors are staying longer to enjoy the wineries, breweries, cafes, woodcraft and various ecotourism ventures that Pemberton has become famous for.
