Auction Location: On Site.

This is what Windy Harbour is all about, somewhere to escape on the weekend and privately nestled amongst the beautiful banksia trees with views of the neighbouring National Park. In fact the Sellers tell us that one of the great attractions of this site is the wonderful peaceful location that has an uninterrupted view out to Chudalup and endless peaceful walks into the native areas. This cosy hut offers an open plan central kitchen living area which opens onto a large bedroom (which can be closed off) plus there are two back rooms, one a bathroom and the other could be used as another bedroom. It’s only a short walk to the beach and you can hear the waves in the near distance. Once you have enjoyed a walk along the coast or a spot of fishing why not just sit back on the front verandah and let life gently pass you by.
With regards to the site lease:
Please note the purchaser has the option of transfer the lease as is to expire 23 March 2025 ($358 Shire fee) or to request a new full 20 year lease ($538 Shire fee). The Shire will prepare the lease documents. We can provide you with a copy of the current site lease if you require it.
