“Its so easy to get to anywhere from this location. You
never really get stuck in traffic around here. Its easy
to get to the city via the Causeway, Freeway North via
either Graham Framer Freeway or Riverside Drive, Freeway
South via Canning Highway or Mill Point Road. Fremantle
is a short drive away as is the Perth Hills and access
to Tonkin or Roe Highway. I’ve worked in Claremont for
10 years and its an easy drive to the western suburbs
via Riverside Drive and the trip home is easy via Mill
Point Road with very little traffic congestion.

Both airports are only a short drive away
international via Welshpool Road and Leach Highway or
Kewdale Road. Domestic either via Great Eastern Highway
or back streets through Belmont.

There are so many places to get food and coffee around
here (including Dome across the road). You can walk to
most places and can choose from any style you can think
of.

In spite of what people may think initially, living next
door to the Balmoral carpark is great. You get privacy
in the patio area (great for entertaining and parties) +
the Balmoral yard staff will make sure that the street
is free from rubbish including clearing up leaves that
blow in from their trees as needed. Plenty of space for
friends to park when entertaining too.

One of my favourite things is that when you come home
with shopping you can load it straight into the kitchen
from the carport

You can configure the outdoor entertaining area to suit
your gathering by taking the car out of the garage the
patio area is huge and for something even bigger open
the garage door, close the gates and you have access to
the entire outdoor area including front courtyard.
