Martin’s family has owned this lifestyle property since 1986 when they bought it as a holiday retreat. He and Maureen loved being here so much that in 2001 they built the new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home and retired to this idyllic 4006sqm property and lived the ultimate tree change dream.

Their children and grandchildren have built cubby houses in the trees, fed the birds, laughed and played with the space and freedom so rare in today’s busy world. Crabbing, canoeing and fishing tales have been frequent, and many a big family gathering has been enjoyed at this much loved home. Bonnie the dog gets a good walk along the estuary each day and the dolphins and pelicans can be seen feeding from the front verandah. Maureen being an extremely talented local artist, spent many enjoyable hours painting and drawing the spectacular scenery, flora and fauna that surrounds this rural escape.

Time moves on and sadly Maureen has now passed away and as much as it will break Martin’s heart to leave this very special place he understands that he needs to move closer to his children to be surrounded by their love and support. This is undoubtedly a regrettable situation but this is an opportunity for you to make this little piece of paradise your very own.
