About: All rooms vary in size and range in pricing from $190 – $250 per week, with all rents per week including all bills, except for the use of the laundry machines. The accommodation at Eccleston Cottage has a community feel with people from all over the world living in fully furnished, equipped rooms and which all have their own kitchenette’s, some with en-suites. All rooms range from small singles to mid-size singles or even larger singles/twin share rooms and there is also rooms ideal for couples.
The building also has a large communal share kitchen for people who like to do a bit more serious cooking, a number of areas to sit for a chat or to dine at, several toilets/bathrooms on each floor which are cleaned regularly. The property is affordable, quiet, well located and an easy walk to absolutely everything.
Location: This property is located at Stop 12/ Bus Route 199 on Merthyr Road in the heart of fabulous New Farm, just up the street from New Farm Village, around the corner from New Farm Park and very close to an array of cafes/restaurants.
