Your rent will include:
- Reception services weekdays 8.30am-5pm (greeting clients/visitors, accepting parcels, concierge, etc.)

- 5-Hour complimentary access to boardroom and meeting room each month
($10-15 plus GST per hour if more hours were needed within the month.)
- Dedicated business number, call management where calls will be answered with your business name & message forwarding (via email) (if applicable)

There are two visitor parking lots within the premises, allowed to park up to one hour.
