30 minute ferry ride from Mariners Cove (near Sea World) or 20 minutes by water taxi from Sanctuary Cove or take your own boat.
The property is located at Couran Cove Resort, at South Stradbroke Island.

- Once a purchase has been made the sale is final.
- A confirmed booking cannot be altered or refunded in any way since these dates are blocked out for your booking. Any cancellation WILL incur 100% of your deposit paid.
- Prior to Check-In, you will be asked to supply your Current Identification.
- Parties and functions are prohibited, disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited. Repeat offenders will be evicted without warning by security. If this occurs your accommodation along with all money paid will be forfeited.
- As these Villa are family owned and not run by the reception of the resort if you require anything including maintenance issues please contact us not the reception of the resort.
