An internal laundry is also present, with a clothes dryer also available.

Prices start at $150.00 per week, and the double (rented) room for $180 per week for a single person, or $270.00 for a couple. This includes electricity.

Externally the entrance has its own covered area, and a number of covered entertaining areas are available throughout the complex. This includes a BBQ area that sits along the large in ground swimming pool. A games room is also present.
