The main bedroom (queen bed) has an ensuite and sliding doors and shutters to the large front balcony whilst the over sized back outdoor area has views to the river. The second bedroom has been extremely well thought out allowing a full bedroom (2 single beds) or you can open it up to make a second living or study. There is your own private courtyard area that must be maintained by tenants.

The living area has a TV. Air conditioning in the main bedroom and living area and unit is in a security building, the tenant will be responsible for maintaining inside the picket fence in the front yard.

Front and rear balconies provide best of both worlds – pure joy to sit and enjoy.
