The cabin is part of a larger property complex with the owner living nearby. The cabin is partly furnished, 2 bedrooms or 1 plus study and includes a refrigerator,queen bed, 2 single beds, lounge, dining table and chairs and more.

It is a light, airy dwelling with a custom-built kitchen, large bedroom with built in robe, bathroom with heat lamp/fan and dining/living area with river views. There is a large front verandah to enjoy the tranquil water views and at the rear an enclosed courtyard garden with paved entertaining area, own driveway and parking space. Electricity, gas, water usage and supply all included in the weekly rental price. Please note Linen, crockery, cutlery and use of other property complex facilities are excluded from the lease. Unfortunately no horses or livestock permitted with the rental of this property.
