This building on The Avenue is a new hub for likeminded individuals looking for a safe secure living environment

We have a selection of rooms, some with kitchenettes, ranging in size from smaller double rooms to large spaces incorporating space for a living area also.

There are shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, as well as a community lounge/dining area to relax in outside of your room, creating a lovely social hub to enjoy.
Parking is available on-site.

Rooms between:
2 rooms @ $285 per week no kitchenette
1 room comprised of two rooms, one smaller and one main living space – no kitchen $360 per week
2 rooms @ $385 per week inclusive of two rooms and kitchenette
All rooms have shared toilets, bathrooms, and a main communal area.
