These spacious rooms are furnished with a double bed with mattress and mattress protector and desk and chair. Room 2 is upstairs and also has its own hand basin and garden views. Room 1 is downstairs adjacent to the shared living spaces with a view out to the verandah
Rooms include built in cupboards for some storage and a heater for comfort over the winter months. 

Tenants will have access to facilities including laundry, communal student kitchen and common bathroom, verandah and living room with Power and wifi included.

Room rental includes 3 meals per day which are provided in the dining hall of the college at set dining times.

You will have access to the tennis courts, although students have first priority
You may use the Jane Franklin bus, so no need for a car!
All tenants have access to the college gardens with the added security of a closed gate community
