LJ Hooker Victoria Park – Belmont (WA), on behalf of The Town of Victoria Park, are seeking Expressions of Interest to lease office space within the vibrant Aqualife aquatic facility. The 25sqm office suite is located within the main lobby.

The Aqualife centre comprises of aquatic and leisure facilities, and is home to a swim school, several sporting clubs and activities.
The centre is open from Monday – Friday 5.30am – 8.30pm and Saturday & Sunday 7am – 5pm.

The suite has a tiled floor, plastered walls and suspended acoustic ceiling, and fitted with a split air conditioning unit.
There is a vanity with sink and tap in the room.
Non-exclusive parking is available onsite for patrons in the Aquatic Centre car park.

Applicants must be a service provider, community or sporting organisation who will complement the services provided by the Town at Aqualife.

Submission closing date has been extended to 5.00pm Monday 6th November 2023.
