LJ Hooker Victoria Park – Belmont (WA), on behalf of The Town of Victoria Park, are seeking Expressions of Interest from a service provider, community group or social enterprise to operate from the Cafe area within Aqualife Centre, 42 Somerset Street, East Victoria Park.
The premises consists of approximately 54m2 Cafe with some kitchen facilities and a servery onto the public seating area and an addition servery to the indoor pool area.
The subject tenancy is located close to the main reception area of the Recreation Centre with access to restrooms and a non-exclusive alfresco area. It will be leased ‘as is’.
Parking for patrons is accommodated onsite via the Recreation Centre car park.
The Aqualife centre comprises of aquatic and leisure facilities, and is home to a swim school, several sporting clubs and activities.
The centre is open from Monday – Friday 5.30am – 8.30pm and Saturday & Sunday 7am – 5pm.
The Cafe is available for lease for a period of up to 5 years.
