Owners’ Comment:
The home at 12 Lindsay Street, Narrabundah caught our eye initially because of its central location within Canberra, but also its close proximity to the Griffth, Narrabundah and Manuka shops and cafes. Having school-aged children meant that being near desirable schools was a priority.
The block is substantial in size and there is great potential for future landscaping, gardens and extensions/renovations. Being a flat block means the access for builders is good, and the possibility of a second level would capture tree-lined view across Canberra.
