Angus & Carmel left Tempe in Sydney some 31 years ago to begin a new life on the Central Coast. They fell in love with an excellent level corner block in Chittaway Bay with views of the river opposite. They bought the land ( 651sqm) with its two street access and close proximity to all amenities. Angus retired from the Railways and came to Chittaway to put the finishing touches to their new home. Carmel finished work in Sydney and moved to Chittaway once the new home was finished.

Angus and Carmel have many happy memories of Chittaway with family and friends regularly dropping in for a chat or overnight stay.
Angus loved his fishing and not a day went past without catching his favourite..blackfish in the river opposite.

Sadly Angus passed away several years ago and now Carmel (pictured) is finding the house far to big for one person to maintain. Built for the growing family this home is now on the market for the first time in 31 years. Three bedrooms, new bathroom, extra large eat-in dishwasher kitchen and air-conditioned lounge upstairs.

Downstairs there is extra toilet shower and a decent sized family/rumpus and a four car garage.
