This vacant block of land on Gorokan Road is extremely well located being opposite Wyee Train Station. The size is 815 m2 to be exact and dimensions are 52 m long x 16 m wide approximately. Gorokan Road has been recently upgraded from a gravel road as part of ongoing improvements to the immediate area which are all part of the future rezoning proposal included in the Wyee Structure Plan. This block has a power pole close to the boundary making it easy to connect. The land is partially timbered and has a gentle slope to it.
