On approx 850msq block this hardiplank & iron cottage does not have chandeliers or brand new carpet and yes it does need so work but with a bit of effort it would turn into a cosy home! Has been re piered has aluminum windows, 2 good size bedrooms, roomy living room, sun room, functional kitchen plus large shed. Beats paying rent!
