I am not quite sure what paradise looks like but if it looks like this place I want to live there.
Park-like with lakes and ponds surrounded by natural bush and lightly timbered areas all blending in to create peaceful and natural environment.
There are walking trails around the property and a lake to take a canoe ride on amongst the native fauna. You can take a quick dip in the pool to cool off or practice your swing on the driving range.

1. The Yurt: sleeps up to 8 people in 3 rooms with 180and#8304; views;
2. Park Cabin: sleeps up to 5 people in 1 room with 180and#8304; views;
3. 6 Motel Units in a 3 x 3 configuration with decking overlooking the pool (3 units are being currently utilised for owners accommodation). Please note there is an existing DA for a permanent home and it also would offer the possibility to upgrade the existing accommodation or add more cabins (subject to council approval);
4. We have advice that approval for 12 or more camp sites should be able to be obtained;
5. There are BBQs attached to each accommodation area and public toilet block;
6. Drinking water comes from a number of large concrete rainwater tanks and the property is irrigated from dams through an underground reticulation system;
7. Three phase power is connected;
8. There is a substantial machinery shed and workshop area.
This is indeed an opportunity to take this appealing business to a new level; the current owners have operated this as a retirement interest and the potential speaks for itself.
The function room is one area that is attractive to clubs as they can hold meetings and be catered for or self cater if so desired.
This is already an approved RV Winnebago Club site – the potential is large with some marketing in the right areas.
Nabiac the local town is only around 7.5km away and the closest regional centre is Taree which is approximately 34km.
Newcastle is a little under two hours with Sydney around three and half hours making this an ideal stop over point.
