Location:
One of the most centrally located stud properties in the Hunter Valley. Approximately 15 km’s North of Denman, 45 km’s North of Jerrys Plains & 60 kilometres South West of Scone. Approximately 3 hours drive from Sydney. Within 1 hour drive of Coolmore, Darley, Arrowfield,Vinery and Widden.

Country:
Situated on the fertile banks of the Goulburn River, Swettenham enjoys a good balance of alluvial river flats ranging to loam slopes. Featuring a high percentage of arable country (80–90%) with approximately 700–800 acres able to be irrigated. 80 acres is under irrigated Lucerne which is cut 5-6 times per year and has produced between 12,000–15,00 bails per year.

The property has a pasture improvement program in place, and has also been regularly supered with Single Super. Adding to its suitability for Horses, there is very little stone running through Swettenhams sweeping paddocks.
