Situated about 20km east of Muswellbrook it comprises low hills and plateau ridges rising between 400m to 700m elevation.
With both eastern and western aspects a central track provides easy access the length of the property. Numerous 4WD tracks enable access to various sheltered gullies, many of which form the catchment to Limestone Creek.
All well covered with native grasses it is about 40% timbered with stands of Grey Box, Red Gum, Stringybark and some White Mahogany.
The boundary and internal fencing is in particularly good condition, timber stockyard with loading ramp, eighteen earth dams secure good stock water, and a lock-up bush hut (equipped with a shower recess).
