* Regular activities are organised by the Social Club and other groups in the park to provide on-site access to social interaction.
* Mail delivery is on week days to individual locked boxes.
* Sunstrip Park is a pet-free environment.
* Refuse disposal and recycling facilities are available.
* Site fees are dependent on site size and available on request. (Government Rent Assistance may be applicable.)
* Electricity and water are both metered to sites by the park and read two-monthly by park staff.
* Natural Gas is provided to homes.

The park is located just off the Pacific Highway approximately 35 minutes’ drive from the centre of Newcastle and just minutes away from Swansea.
