This relatively new section (1994) at the back of the home, of course has its own kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry. The electricity is even separately metered so you can rent it to Granny or friends to help with the mortgage if you like…..the options are plenty.

Besides this the main home consists of 3 bedrooms, main ensuite, double carport and is freshly painted. The low pitch roof is insulated and there is air-conditioning here as well. The layout of the house is all very straightforward but check out the back yard with its vege patch and undercover BBQ area.

The location in a primarily rural-residential area is superb with good schools and convenience stores just up the road. Look beyond and you will benefit.
