The kitchen is great with gas stove, good bench space, stainless steel sink, plenty of cupboard space. There is a double bunk through to the main bedroom that has an entrance to the large bathroom/laundry area. The hot water is an instant gas system which is very economical.Their lounge area is large with big windows giving you a nice sunny/airy aspect, with a cork floor for a clean, comfortable appearance.The carport is at the rear and there is another storage shed at the side.This park is very convenient to both Coffs and Sawtell and is situated on the Boambee Creek which goes out to the sea, is a good fishing and crab spot.
