Classified by the National Trust as a heritage village, Bellbrook, 50 kms west of Kempsey, contains many Heritage buildings including this one originally built in 1902. Once the home of Phar Laps trainer Tommy Woodcock, the imposing residence has been painstakingly renovated by the current owners and is included on a History walk of the village. Included in the makeover has been a new roof and guttering, new main bathroom plus an ensuite and a very classy timber kitchen.

Beyond the residence the farm facilities include a 6-bay shed, new stockyards and plenty of water. With 17.68 hectares to occupy yourself there will be plenty for you family to do. The village is increasingly attracting tourists to view Slim Dusty’s childhood home at nearby Nulla Nulla Creek as well there are numerous water based activities on the Macleay River together with hinterland and forest drives on offer. Located within walking distance of the Bellbrook Hotel you may want to consider the opportunity to launch your own Cafe/Coffee Shop on the premises….there is a big verandah room especially waiting. A B&B is not out of the questions either!!
